Hello, we are Datamaya Consulting, a full-service digital marketing agency in Jakarta that focuses on serving effective online marketing to small and medium businesses. To support our positive growth, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist with strong passion on social media and digital marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Preparing and executing social media contents on mainstream social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok, based on client's objectives.

2. Coordinating with Graphic Designer to design pictures/ images based on content you created.

3. Responding audience's questions and feedback by giving general feedback.

4. Monitoring and providing monthly reports of engagement, clicks, fans increased, etc.

5. Following and practicing the latest trends of social media marketing.

6. Familiar with various social media tools, such as scheduling tools, analytic tools, video and image editing tools (like CapCut), etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experienced in Social Media Specialist for at least 2 years.

2. Creative thinking, able to think and write creatively, out of the box, and stand out.

3. Having basic understanding of Meta and Tiktok Ads.

4. Able to write correctly in accordance to Bahasa Indonesia EYD.

5. Good English both in writing and reading.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Preferred female, max 30 years old

2. Easy going, creative, team player, well-organized, detail oriented

3. Able to visit office offline (located in West Jakarta and South Tangerang) if needed.
